At Faquence, we know that returns or refunds may be necessary. It states the terms under which products can be returned and how refunds are issued. These terms apply as of the point you rent from us.
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only if the rented equipment arrives in a state of disassembly that makes it unable to be used. Any damage should be noted as soon as it is received, with clear photographic documentation.
- The garment should not have been worn and should be in the same condition in which it was received, complete with original packaging and tags.
- We only accept returns with notification (within 24 hours of receiving the items).
- Once the return is approved, the sent item must be shipped back within three days. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Process
- Returns are verified by our team, and refunds are only valid with respect to our requested return conditions.
- Refunds are carried out solely through bank transfers. Bank Transfer requires customers to provide accurate account details.
- The amount being refunded will be equivalent to the payment received when the original payment was made. You will not be compensated further.
- Upon the item being inspected and approved, refunds should appear 7-15 business days after the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be given if the item is sent back without being authorized first.
- No refund will be given if the item is damaged due to the customer's misuse or mishandling of the product.
- Requests for late returns will not be accepted after this time.
Initiating a Return Request
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] detailing your order, photos of the problem, and a brief description of your concern. Your request will be reviewed by our team and responded to accordingly.
We may update this policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on our website. Renting from Faquence means agreeing to and accepting the terms above.
